Geraldton Baptist Church has a friendly family of believers in Jesus Christ. The fellowship has operated without a paid pastor for more than a decade. The responsibility of pastoral care and pulpit ministry has been taken by a small team of Elders and Deacons who are supported by other gifted people within the congregation.
A part-time Administration Officer supports the Elders, Deacons and the Geraldton Bapos church family.
**NEWS FLASH** Geraldton Baptist Church has appointed a Senior Pastor. He will begin in the role in early 2012.
Sharing the load
The various ministry tasks, such as worship leading, preaching, Children’s Church teaching, music and leading Bible studies, are shared among the Elders, Deacons and others with appropriate gifts or talents and willing hearts.

Geraldton Baptist Church is located in central Geraldton, which is on the Batavia Coast, approximately 430km north of the State capital, Perth. The City of Geraldton-Greenough has a population of approximately 32,000 people.
